From the Justice Folder you can consult the following information:
- Powers of attorney. A power of attorney is the power you give to a professional (for example, a lawyer, solicitor, or social graduate) to represent you in a court matter.
- Court Records. In the court records you have you can check their status and, in some cases, you can access the documents and elements that are part of the file through a link that will take you to the electronic court file viewer (Horus).
- Edicts and associated judicial decisions. An edict is a document that is published in the Single Judicial Edict Board, within the Official State Gazette, to inform you that an attempt has been made to notify you of a judicial decision. You will also be able to see the legal decision associated with that edict.
- Assignations. An assignation is an appointment sent to you to go to court in a legal proceeding. Among other information, you will be able to see the day, time, the court you have to go to and the judicial proceeding in question.
If you are a lawyer, solicitor or social graduate, you may also perform the following actions related to deposit accounts and judicial assignations:
- See the movements of the accounts in which you have been authorised access.
Request access to the accounts associated with those proceedings of which you are a part. If needed, you also have at your disposal a search engine for judicial bodies, which allows you to obtain the data of the court and associated office.
